INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
One-to-one sessions are designed to support your mental performance and well-being in a safe, supportive environment. They offer a space to explore the psychological side of performance, tailored to your unique goals and needs.
Common areas of focus include building confidence, managing competition nerves, and coping with injuries, to name a few. The sessions are guided by your needs; some may focus on open conversation and reflection, while others include practical exercises such as developing mental skills like imagery or self-talk. These sessions are suitable for athletes of all levels—whether you're new to exercise, or an elite athlete preparing for a big event.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and can be held in person (Plymouth and surrounding areas) or online via Microsoft Teams.

WORKSHOPS
Tailored workshops, webinars and talks are available for teams or groups, focusing on key performance psychology topics. Popular areas include building confidence, performing under pressure, and managing injuries, but the content can be tailored to your specific needs.
