About

I’m Dr Pille Pedmanson, a Sport and Exercise Psychologist (in training).*
I am passionate about helping others enjoy their sporting journey and reach their goals, whatever those may look like. My PhD research explored how to help beginner runners maintain running after getting started. This involved developing psychological coach-education workshops that I delivered to running clubs. As a runner myself, I am keen to support others with the mental side of running - whether you're a beginner or a seasoned ultra-runner.
I have experience working with athletes at all levels, from grassroots to elites, across a wide variety of sports including football and target shooting.Common areas I help with include building confidence, managing nerves, performing under pressure, and coping with injury.

My goal is to help you perform at your best—both in sport and beyond.
